About Us

CUPE Local 1358 represents education support workers employed by the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board.

Our members include Educational Assistants, Designated Early Childhood Educators, Child and Youth Workers, Sign Language Interpreters, Intervenors, Speech-Language Pathologists, Audiologists, Psychologists, Psychology Associates, Psychometrists, Attendance Counsellors and other specialized support professionals.

Every day, our members play an important role in supporting students with diverse learning, physical, behavioural, medical and communication needs. From early childhood education to specialized student services, we help create safe, inclusive learning environments where students can grow, learn and reach their full potential.
